Your photos are never retained

We do not store your photographs. Uploads stay in your own browser. The image you submit is passed straight through our processing engine, held only in memory for the seconds it takes to return the improved version, and discarded immediately afterwards. There is no copy on our servers, no bucket, no backup, and no archive.

The retouched result is delivered directly to your browser and kept in your browser's local cache so you can come back to it. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently. We cannot retrieve a photo for you later, because we never had it.

One narrow exception: if you leave our site, or close your browser, while your photo is still processing and we are unable to hand the finished file to your device, it may be held securely for up to 24 hours at the most. The moment you return to any page on our site, it is transferred to your computer and deleted from ours. This exists solely so you cannot lose a credit by navigating away mid-processing. Anything not collected within 24 hours is deleted automatically and the credit is returned to your account.

What we do keep

Only what an account needs: your email address, your credit balance and a record of your purchases. We never sell, rent, or share that information, and we do not use your photographs for training, marketing, or any other purpose.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Cookies

We use a single long-lived cookie to keep you signed in and remember your credits. We do not run advertising trackers.
