Terms of Service

Updated August 2026. These terms are between you and SCAIL LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

The service

30 Second Photo improves photographs you supply. Results vary with the source image; we make no promise that any particular photo can be repaired to your satisfaction. Always preview before you buy.

Your content

You must own the photograph or have permission to use it. You keep all rights to your images and to the improved versions. We claim nothing.

Prohibited uses

No nudity or sexual content. No images of minors in any sexualised context. No content that is illegal, harassing, or intended to deceive or defame. We may refuse or stop processing anything that breaks these rules, and doing so may end your access without a refund.

Credits and payment

Credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing recurs and nothing renews. Credits do not expire. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days on request; credits already spent on a delivered photo are not.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, SCAIL LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days. Washington law governs these terms.
